ISO 9001 - Is a QMS designed to help organizations improve the quality of product or service they are providing. AS9100 - Is a QMS designed for Manufacturing companies that Design, Develop and Produce Parts, Components and Assemblies used by the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry.  

 

AS9110 - Is a QMS that is based on the requirements of AS9100. But the AS9110 adds specific requirements that are critical for companies that provide Repair Services to the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry.

 

AS9120 - Is a QMS designed for Stock lists and Distribution companies that supply, buy and resell parts such as, fasteners, bearings, gaskets, raw materials, paints and coatings to the Aviation, Space and Defense Industry. This standard focuses on the paper trail, traceability, stock control and availability of records.

ASME NQA-1 - Is a Regulatory Quality Assurance Standard that implements Federal regulations at nuclear power plants, and fuel re-processing plants. The NQA-1 Certification Program outlines the certification requirements for an organization to obtain and maintain an ASME NQA-1 Quality Program Certificate.

 

10CFR21 - Outlines the quality assurance criteria for the reporting of defects and/or non-compliant parts. Each organization must have an established procedure that defines the protocol for notifying customers and/or the NRC. An evaluation and determination can be made of its potential safety hazard.

IATF 16949 - Is an automotive specific QMS standard. It contains all of ISO 9001:2016 requirements, but also includes many other automotive specific requirements. The IATF 16949 was created to help automotive suppliers and manufacturers identify best practices when designing, manufacturing and assembling automotive products.
